Ascending about 1700 feet for over 3 miles, this trail begins at the Profile Trail parking area off of NC Hwy 105 N, and it ends at the Grandfather Trail at Calloway Gap. This trail is a treat and it is nestled just steps away from The Horton Hotel, along the Appalachian State University campus.
