Plan the Perfect Bachelorette Party in Boone, NC

We have you covered with a sample itinerary including the most ideal activities and sights to see for your bachelorette party in Boone.

Friday Night

Pizza and Live music at Lost Province

Lost province offers the most delicious wood-fired pizzas and locally brewed beer. It is  frequented by both locals and visitors alike for their live music performances making it the perfect spot for a first dinner with all the gals. They don’t accept reservations, but they do take call aheads. If your party is larger than 10, they also have private space available.

Saturday

Morning Hike with the bachelorette crew at Rough Ridge and a photo-op at Beacon Heights Overlook:

Located at milepost 302.8 on the Blue Ridge Parkway and 1/3 mile from the parking lot, Rough Ridge offers breathtaking views of grandfather mountain and Linn-Cove Viaduct. If you continue on the trail another 1/2 mile past this point you will reach the summit at 4,733ft in elevation.

A few miles down the parkway at milepost 305.2 is Beacon Heights, a short 1 mile loop. Like rough ridge, Beacon Heights offers great views and is the ideal spot for a picnic.

Drink wine with the Bachelorette crew:

Grandfather Vineyard:What screams bachelorette more than wine, live music and food trucks? Grandfather Vineyard has it all and then some. Wine flights starting at just $15.

Dinner with the Bachelorette crew:

Cobo: Urbane Japanese restaurant with one-of a-kind sushi rolls and cocktails along with non-traditional and contemporary menu items. Oh, and they have a secret menu. #cobosecretmenu

Vidalia: Refined, modern American cuisine made with locally sourced ingredients. The tomato pie is a MUST.

Proper: Homestyle southern standards with a modern twist in a cozy historic building & garden seating.

The Speckled Trout: A rustic, no frills dining experience with a to die for beer and wine list that is accompanied by a bottle shop. We reccomend the trout, any way, and the lima bean succotash. And don’t forget to start your meal with some fresh, still crackling at the table, pork rinds.

Reids Cafe: Serving regional seafood, farm goods, local coffees and teas on their seasonal menu, they emphasize on natural wines complimenting the chefs choice of cured meets and cheeses.

The Beacon Butcher Bar: Valuing the handmade and fashion from scratch details putting love into every bite. Same owner as Reid’s Cafe.

Artisanal: “Pinkies Up” dining experience tucked away in Banner Elk. You will leave feeling like true queens.

Sunday

What would be a bachelorette weekend without BRUNCH?!

Brunch with the gals at Boone’s favorite spot, Melanie’s

A bachelorette party in Boone wouldn’t be the same without brunch at Melanie’s Food Fantasy. Melanie’s is the best breakfast spot in town and the line on the weekends will back that up! Local ingredients, fresh squeezed juices and outdoor seating spaces make it the perfect last stop. Everything is fantastic, but we recommend the Eggs Benedict. You’ll leave feeling oh so satisfied.

After brunch there are plenty of boutiques and shoppes located on King Street for browsing before the ladies part ways. One of our first stops would be Common Good Co. A small family owned boutique and gallery featuring beautiful goods from the high country and beyond. The aesthetics of this place are #GOALS.

Lastly, don’t forget to stop by the one and only  Horton Hotel and Rooftop lounge for 360 degree views of the lovely area, a fantastic cocktail and a group picture on our rooftop! Contact The Horton Hotel to chat about your next bachelorette trip in Boone, weekend getaway and everything in between. Call us directly at (828) 832 8060 or email us at info@thehorton.com.
